Shipping Policy
・For UAE shipping we use DHL, Emirates Post
Free shipping on all orders over 250 UAE, shipped out within 2 business days
Below 250 AED flat rate 20 AED, shipped out within 2 business days
・For International shipping we use DHL or USPS
All International orders will be shipped out within 7 business days
Free international shipping on all orders over $300 USD & $40 shipping on all orders below $300
Please note that all international orders may be subject to duties, tariffs, or other fees upon import that must be paid by you before you receive your shipment. (Unfortunately we can’t cover these for you.) Import tariffs are different for every order type, and all countries have different fees. If you have any questions about this, please contact your local post office or delivery company.
Additional note: With the nature of things worldwide right now, most international shipments have been between 2 to 3 weeks for delivery. Your matcha will still be fresh, but please keep this in mind when placing you order.
Added Protection For Your Order
To deliver the best customer experience we have partnered with Route Protect to guarantee every order and to protect against any loss*, damage, or theft of any order placed through our website. In the unfortunate case that your order doesn’t arrive and is damaged upon arrival, you can quickly file a claim with Route and choose to the option for a replacement or be refunded for your order.
*Claims for packages marked "delivered" yet not received and where there is no evidence of “porch piracy” must be made 5 days after “delivery date” but no longer than 15 days to ensure it was not mis-delivered or easily found around the premises." Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not "delivered") must be filed after 7 days (20 days for international) and within 30 days from the last checkpoint.

At BASARA, we hold ourselves to the highest standards of quality in everything we deliver. If at any time for any reason you have questions or concerns about our matcha, get in touch and we’ll do everything we can to make sure you have the best experience possible.
With the difficulties facing every small businesses right now, as well as the individuals behind them, and those supporting them, there are a few things we want you to know to set your expectations for the best experience with BASARA.
Currently, we are not accepting returns. The health concerns surrounding consumable goods like ours are such that this isn’t practical at this time. We made this choice to ensure the safety of every one of our supporters and our team, and at the end of the day this always comes first. That said, if you are anything less than satisfied with your matcha, contact us right away and we’ll make it right—that’s a promise.
