Best Way to Enjoy Matcha

MATCHA LATTE
【Ingredients】
Organic Matcha Powder 3~4 grams (about 2 teaspoons)
Warm Water(about 80°C) 50~60ml
Milk 140~150ml
Ice Cubes (Number based on glass-size)
Liquid Sweetener 20ml~30ml (Syrup type is the best)
【Instructions】
1) Place your ice cubes and milk in a glass
2) To a separate cup or small bowl: spoon in the Matcha powder, then add the warm water and stir with a tea whisk to dissolve.
(When whisking, write the letter M in the alphabet for 30 seconds. Don't do it up, down, left or right.)
3) Pour the Matcha into the prepared glass of milk. Add your favorite sweetener. Stir and Enjoy! (Brown sugar syrup is recommended.)
Tip: pouring the Matcha directly onto ice cubes will give you a visually satisfying result.

CEREMONIAL MATCHA
【Instructions】 To enjoy Matcha at home, blend 1 tsp (1g~1.5g) with a little water to make a smooth paste. Top with 80ml water at 70 to 80 degrees and whisk vigorously until light and foamy. As you become accustomed to Matcha, you can play with the quantities of powder vs. water to find exactly how it suits you. Some people prefer it very thick, while others like there’s light and thin, in a Matcha latte, for example.
