At BASARA Japanese Tea Factory, we are committed to delivering the highest quality Japanese tea. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below:

Returns

  • We accept returns of unused and unopened products.

  • Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • To request a return, email us at info@basaratea.com with your order number.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please note your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Non-returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened tea or perishable goods

  • Customized or personal care items

  • Sale items or gift cards

European Union Customers

While BASARA is based in the UAE, we may honor a 14-day return window for EU orders on a case-by-case basis. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging. Contact us for details.

Route Package Protection

Route Protection is added at checkout. You may opt out, but orders without Route are not covered for loss or damage.
Protection cannot be added after purchase. For unfulfilled orders, please cancel and reorder with Route included.
