Order Processing Times
Our team processes orders Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days from the date of receipt at our warehouse in Dubai. During high-volume periods, processing times may extend by an additional 1–3 business days.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order directly through the shipping carrier’s website.
Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain remote or restricted locations. If you're unsure whether we can deliver to your area, please contact us at info@basaratea.com before placing your order.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees for UAE and international orders will be calculated at checkout. Please note that international shipping costs do not include customs duties or import taxes, which may apply upon arrival in your country and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@basaratea.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will coordinate with the carrier to resolve the issue as promptly as possible.
Changes & Cancellations
To change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@basaratea.com. Once an order has been processed or shipped, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
